1. Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers, carriers, and Kering Operations to ensure seamless logistics of non-merchandise materials.
2. Assess and respond swiftly to urgent or unexpected logistical challenges, mobilizing resources to mitigate disruptions.
3. Manage the complete lifecycle of non-merchandise orders, from collection to warehouse delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
4. Monitor business and inventory trends, implementing proactive adjustments to supply chain processes.
5. Oversee daily interactions with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses, ensuring timely shipment deliveries.
6. Utilize problem-solving skills to minimize operational disruptions and maintain a superior in-store customer experience.
7. Ensure data accuracy and master data integrity by gathering technical product information and maintaining item master data.
8. Coordinate supplier order entry and confirmation processes, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation standards.

1. Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in English and Italian; French is advantageous.
2. Expertise in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Stealth is beneficial.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to meet deadlines, demonstrate proactivity, and solve problems effectively.
5. Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Relevant experience in supply chain and logistics management, particularly within the luxury fashion sector, is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
