- Serve as the central liaison between suppliers, carriers, and Kering Operations to ensure the seamless flow of non-merchandise materials.
- Assess and respond swiftly to urgent or unexpected situations, mobilizing necessary resources to mitigate disruptions.
- Manage non-merchandise orders from collection to warehouse delivery, ensuring regularity, quality, and timing through internal systems.
- Monitor business and stock evolution, implementing proactive adjustments to supply chain processes and workflows.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses, overseeing shipments from supplier to warehouse delivery.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to minimize operational impact and maintain an exceptional in-store customer experience.
- Ensure data accuracy and master data integrity by gathering technical product information and maintaining item master data.
- Coordinate supplier orders and confirmation processes, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation standards.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Stealth is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines, proactive problem-solving skills, and open-mindedness.
- Self-motivated and flexible, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Experience in supply chain and logistics within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
