1. Serve as the central liaison between suppliers, carriers, and Kering Operations to ensure the seamless flow of non-merchandise materials.
2. Assess and respond swiftly to urgent or unexpected situations, mobilizing necessary resources to mitigate disruptions.
3. Manage non-merchandise orders from collection to warehouse delivery, ensuring regularity, quality, and timing through internal systems.
4. Monitor business and stock evolution, implementing proactive adjustments to supply chain processes and workflows.
5. Maintain day-to-day relationships with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses, overseeing shipments from supplier to warehouse delivery.
6. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to minimize operational impact and maintain an exceptional in-store customer experience.
7. Ensure data accuracy and master data integrity by gathering technical product information and maintaining item master data.
8. Coordinate supplier orders and confirmation processes, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation standards.

1. Degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and Stealth is beneficial.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Ability to meet deadlines, proactive problem-solving skills, and open-mindedness.
4. Self-motivated and flexible, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Experience in supply chain and logistics within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
