- Achieve exceptional performance in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) sales and cross-selling across various product categories.
- Convert leather goods clients into RTW clients by introducing curated styles and collections.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive client outreach, developing new clients via appointments and consignments, and informing clients of new collection deliveries, in-store events, and brand initiatives.
- Create complete looks from collections, including high-end pieces, tailored to each client's unique style.
- Serve as the primary resource for pinning and alterations, ensuring precision and quality in every client fitting.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions, improve KPIs, and close sales.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, routinely updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain an open, learning attitude by continuously seeking and receiving feedback from colleagues and management.
- Sustain a high level of product knowledge on all collections by utilizing various training resources provided by the company.
- Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect.
- 2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in RTW, with a history of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Competence in visual styling with a keen eye for detail in body morphology, fabric textures, and color harmonization.
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion, styling, and trends.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Capacity to build and maintain a loyal client following.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- High energy level and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
2-3 years of retail experience in a luxury environment, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear sales and client relations.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus overtime and commissions eligibility.
