1. Achieve top performance in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) sales and cross-selling across categories.
2. Convert leather goods clients into RTW clients by introducing curated styles and collections.
3. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
4. Create full looks from collections, including high-end pieces, customized to each client's unique style.
5. Act as the primary resource for pinning and alterations, ensuring precision and quality in every client fitting.
6. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction.
7. Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining client profile records.
8. Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
9. Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
10. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
11. Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect.

1. 2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment.
2. Experience in sales, particularly in RTW, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding goals.

1. Competence in visual styling with a keen eye for detail in body morphology, fabric textures, and color harmonization.
2. Deep knowledge in luxury fashion, styling, and trends.
3. Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Polished and well-groomed appearance.

2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear sales.

Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus overtime and commissions eligibility.
