- Achieve top performance in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) sales and cross-selling across categories.
- Convert leather goods clients into RTW clients by introducing curated styles and collections.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
- Create full looks from collections, including high-end pieces, customized to each client's unique style.
- Act as the primary resource for pinning and alterations, ensuring precision and quality in every client fitting.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
- Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures and maintain visual standards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity and respect.
- 2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment.
- Experience in sales, particularly in RTW, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding goals.
- Competence in visual styling with a keen eye for detail in body morphology, fabric textures, and color harmonization.
- Deep knowledge in luxury fashion, styling, and trends.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear sales.
Salary range of $23.00-25.00/hr, plus overtime and commissions eligibility.
