- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing sales and KPI goals through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance client experiences.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and prioritize tasks autonomously.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and maintaining visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a respectful workplace environment.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence others through leadership and example.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Salary range of $23.00-26.00/hr plus overtime and commission eligibility.
