1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing sales and KPI goals through client outreach and relationship building.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance client experiences.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
4. Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback to management.
5. Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
6. Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings and prioritize tasks autonomously.
8. Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and maintaining visual standards.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a respectful workplace environment.

1. 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
2. Ability to motivate and influence others through leadership and example.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
6. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary range of $23.00-26.00/hr plus overtime and commission eligibility.
