Bottega Veneta Retail Supervisor

- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing sales and KPI targets through client outreach and relationship building.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, updating client profiles regularly.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback and support on the sales floor.
- Perform Manager On Duty (MOD) shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings to enhance daily operations.
- Manage store priorities and tasks autonomously.
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.
- 3-5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Ability to motivate and influence team members.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Polished and professional appearance.

3-5 years of experience in retail sales or management, preferably within a luxury environment.
Salary range of $23.00-26.00/hr, plus overtime and commission eligibility.
