- Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach.
- Develop new clients via appointments and consignments, and inform clients of new collection deliveries and in-store events.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and maintain client profile records.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles and provide feedback to management.
- Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
- Educate team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings and manage time efficiently in the store.
- Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- 3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a customer service-related field, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Capacity to motivate and influence others.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Builds and maintains a loyal client following.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and is team-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Available to work closing shifts, Saturdays, Sundays, annual inventory, and the holiday season.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.

Salary range of $23.00-26.00/hr (plus overtime and commission eligibility)
