1. Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and development.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
3. Establish and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profiles.
4. Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback to management.
5. Perform Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and support staff.
6. Educate the team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings to improve daily operations.
8. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently within the store.
9. Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.

1. 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
2. Proven ability to motivate and influence team members.
3. Consistent achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
4. Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
