- Serve as a role model by achieving and surpassing monthly sales and KPI targets through client outreach and development.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and advanced selling techniques to maximize transactions and enhance KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, regularly updating client profiles.
- Coach staff on the Client Journey principles, providing feedback to management.
- Perform Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experiences and support staff.
- Educate the team on product knowledge and selling skills using training resources.
- Contribute ideas in management meetings to improve daily operations.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently within the store.
- Execute operational functions including store opening/closing, register operations, and merchandise management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a respectful work environment.
- 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury or customer service environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and influence team members.
