1. Provide support to the management team to devise effective solutions for maximizing sales opportunities.
2. Encourage performance management and achievement of sales targets.
3. Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta's policies and procedures in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
4. Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Bottega Veneta's sales ceremony.
5. Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the store's organization and adherence to procedures.
6. Enhance the Bottega Veneta experience by developing the client database.
7. Build a privileged relationship with Client Advisors, contributing to a positive environment.
8. Handle delicate situations with diplomacy and a constructive approach.
9. Provide comprehensive feedback to the Store Manager.

1. Previous managerial experience in luxury retail.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Passion for selling ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear, and leather goods.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Proactive and initiative-driven.
5. Strong team spirit.
6. Bilingual in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Candidates must have prior managerial experience in the luxury retail sector.
