1. Serve as a role model by meeting and exceeding monthly sales and KPI goals through client outreach and developing new clients via appointments and consignments.
2. Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions and improve KPIs.
3. Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, maintaining and updating client profile records.
4. Coach staff on the principles of the Client Journey, sharing feedback with management.
5. Perform daily Manager On Duty shifts to ensure consistent client experience and staff support.
6. Utilize training resources to educate team on product knowledge and selling skills.
7. Contribute ideas in management meetings and autonomously set priorities.
8. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, managing registers, and maintaining visual standards.
9. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
10. Maintain an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. 3 - 5 years of retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.

1. Ability to motivate and influence others.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
4. Build and maintain a loyal client following.
5. Exhibit a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and high energy level.

3 - 5 years of previous retail sales or management experience in a luxury environment.
