- Serve as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve client complaints or conflicts.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Support the Store Manager in identifying solutions to enhance sales opportunities.
- Foster team collaboration by sharing information and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Inspire trust through honesty and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Assess team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing effective feedback.
- Conduct monthly touch-base meetings under the supervision of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
- Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of customer service and sales principles.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales techniques.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Candidates should have substantial experience in a supervisory capacity within the luxury retail industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
A degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
