Bottega Veneta Store Supervisor

- Serve as the primary point of reference in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Support the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address and resolve client complaints and conflicts.
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with company strategy.
- Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize store business potential.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify solutions for maximizing sales opportunities.
- Foster teamwork by sharing information and best practices.
- Maintain and update customer information for efficient CRM and Client Book usage.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Keep stock information current and manage store-to-store transfer requests.
- Inspire trust through honesty and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with company standards.
- Evaluate team members' strengths and areas for improvement, providing constructive feedback.
- Conduct monthly touch base meetings with supervision from the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
- Ensure all procedures are followed in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector is required.
