1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance objectives, customer service excellence, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
5. Ensure accurate use and quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to develop action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up procedures.
8. Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures.
11. Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
2. Organizational awareness and flexibility.
3. Strong knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy.
4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 CAD, plus discretionary bonus.
