1. Drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Identify business opportunities and challenges to implement changes for business improvement.
3. Develop store strategies to increase traffic and expand client networks in collaboration with management.
4. Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best-in-class service.
5. Foster a clienteling culture, building strong and long-term client relationships.

4. Strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury markets.
