1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and brand image maintenance.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets for the store and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and store sales.
5. Ensure accurate use and quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to propose action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
8. Enforce compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional client service by upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions effectively, including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
