1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets while achieving individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
5. Monitor and ensure quality data usage in client books, proposing action plans with sales staff.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a fair and respectful work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
