- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive the achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.

- Execute operational functions including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
