1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance competencies and drive sales.
5. Ensure quality data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment and maintain a pool of potential store associate candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, managing relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
11. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

3. Adaptability and strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial position within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
