- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to brand image.
- Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and develop retail associates to enhance competencies and drive sales.
- Ensure quality data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment and maintain a pool of potential store associate candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, managing relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Adaptability and strong knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial position within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
