1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and achieve individual sales goals.
3. Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills and support their growth, boosting individual and store sales.
5. Ensure quality data management in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment and maintain a pool of potential candidates for store associates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional client service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
