- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive store sales targets and achieve individual sales goals.
- Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills and support their growth, boosting individual and store sales.
- Ensure quality data management in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment and maintain a pool of potential candidates for store associates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional client service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Teamwork and organizational awareness.
- Adaptability and strong brand knowledge.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $110,000 - $120,000, plus discretionary bonus.
