- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service excellence, and brand image maintenance.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and overall store sales.
- Ensure accurate data management in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to develop action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
- Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the retail sector.
Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
