1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting store sales.
5. Monitor and ensure the quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

2. Strong adaptability and deep knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail managerial role is required.

Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
