- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting store sales.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register, and back-office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and deep knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail managerial role is required.
Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
