1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
5. Monitor and ensure the quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.

Salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus.
