1. Lead and manage the store to achieve sales targets and optimize productivity.

1. Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
2. Proven track record in client development and high-end customer service.
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
4. Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
