2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.

5. Monitor and ensure the quality of client data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.

9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
