- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of client data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing client relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and profound knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years of experience in a retail managerial role is required.
