4. Ensure accurate and effective use of sales staff client books, proposing action plans accordingly.
5. Manage recruitment processes for store associates and maintain a talent pool.
6. Facilitate staff training and onboarding, ensuring adherence to follow-up procedures.
7. Uphold Bottega Veneta standards and procedures, ensuring compliance across operations.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professional client relationships.
9. Perform operational functions including store opening/closing and back-office management.
10. Foster a respectful and equitable work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
