1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance objectives, customer service excellence, and brand image.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets, both for the store and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting store sales.
5. Ensure proper use and quality of data in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
8. Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Execute operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
11. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
