- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance objectives, customer service excellence, and brand image.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets, both for the store and individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting store sales.
- Ensure proper use and quality of data in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring comprehensive follow-up.
- Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Execute operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect among all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Teamwork and organizational awareness.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
