1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, customer service excellence, and brand image.
2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales achievements.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and overall store sales.
5. Ensure the quality and proper use of client data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with staff to develop action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring follow-up procedures are completed.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions, including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong adaptability and comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in a retail managerial role is required.
