- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, customer service excellence, and brand image.
- Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
- Ensure accurate data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and in-depth knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
