1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, customer service excellence, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills and support their growth, thereby boosting overall store sales.
5. Ensure accurate data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Conduct staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions including store opening, closing, and back-office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong adaptability and in-depth knowledge of brand products and philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.
