1. Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with company performance, customer service, and brand image standards.
2. Drive store sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in accordance with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth, enhancing overall store sales.
5. Ensure quality data management in sales staff client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining professional client relationships.
10. Perform operational functions, including store opening, closing, register, and back-office management.
11. Promote a fair and respectful work environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $120,000 - $130,000, plus discretionary bonus.
