Bottega Veneta Store Manager

- Lead the store’s commercial performance by driving sales targets across departments and achieving individual and collective goals.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including openings/closings, cash and register procedures, back-office management and adherence to brand standards.
- Recruit, onboard and retain retail associates; maintain a talent pipeline and coordinate staffing to meet business needs.
- Coach, mentor and develop associates through ongoing training, performance feedback and career development plans to elevate selling capabilities.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of client books and clienteling data; work with sales staff to define action plans that grow client relationships and wallet share.
- Deliver exemplary client service by upholding Bottega Veneta’s service values and managing customer relationships professionally and promptly.
- Foster an inclusive workplace where associates are treated with dignity and respect and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum five years of retail experience in a managerial capacity, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving commercial results.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability with experience developing high-performing sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of luxury product assortments and alignment with brand philosophy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with organizational awareness and adaptability.

At least five years in retail management, with demonstrated success in luxury retail environments. Experience should include team leadership, recruiting and training, clienteling, and proven ability to meet sales objectives while maintaining brand standards.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
