1. Oversee store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive the achievement of sales targets and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
5. Ensure quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books, and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand service values and standards.
10. Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the store, and managing register and back-office procedures.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $90,000 - $95,000, plus discretionary bonus.
