- Oversee store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and individual sales goals.
- Maximize store and departmental sales potential in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
- Ensure quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books, and collaborate on action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service and uphold brand service values and standards.
- Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the store, and managing register and back-office procedures.
- Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of five years in a managerial capacity within the retail sector is required.
Annual base salary range of $90,000 - $95,000, plus discretionary bonus.
