1. Oversee store operations, including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive the achievement of store sales targets and individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth.
5. Ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate on action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Uphold and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service, managing client relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions such as opening and closing the store, and managing register and back office procedures.
11. Foster an environment of fairness, dignity, and respect for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

4. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector is required.

Annual base salary range of $105,000 - $115,000, plus discretionary bonus.
