- Over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills in sales data.
- Proficiency in time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and implementation skills.
- Strong communication, motivation, and team management abilities.
- University degree.
