1. Drive store sales to meet or exceed targets.
2. Maximize business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
3. Coach and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals.

5. Ensure efficient use of CRM and Client Book for customer relationship management.
6. Uphold Bottega Veneta's standards and procedures.
7. Manage stock efficiently.
8. Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.
9. Expand the customer base and enhance customer service excellence.

1. Over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail.
2. Strong analytical skills in sales data.
3. Proficiency in time management and attention to detail.
4. Excellent planning, organizing, and implementation skills.
5. Strong communication, motivation, and team management abilities.
6. University degree.
7. Proficiency in English and office software.
