1. Oversee store operations including business performance, customer service, and brand image.
2. Drive store sales targets and meet individual sales goals.
3. Maximize store business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to develop competencies and support growth.
5. Monitor and ensure quality of data in sales staff's client books and propose action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
8. Comply with and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships.
10. Perform operational functions including opening and closing the store, register, and back office management.
11. Maintain a respectful and dignified environment for all associates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong knowledge of products and brand philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
