- Oversee store operations, ensuring alignment with business performance goals, customer service excellence, and brand image.
- Drive store sales targets while achieving individual sales objectives.
- Maximize store business potential and departmental sales in accordance with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their skills, support their growth, and drive overall store sales.
- Ensure quality and proper use of client data in sales staff client books, and collaborate with staff to develop action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up.
- Adhere to and enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding brand values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions including store opening and closing, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Strong teamwork and organizational awareness.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- In-depth knowledge of Bottega Veneta products and brand philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
