1. Drive the achievement of store sales targets.
2. Maximize the store's business potential in alignment with company strategy.
3. Coach and motivate store staff to enhance performance and retention.

5. Ensure efficient use of CRM and client book systems.
6. Maintain stock management and uphold brand standards.
7. Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.

1. Over 5 years of store management experience, with at least 3 years in luxury retail.
2. University degree or equivalent educational background.

2. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
3. Proficient in planning, organizing, and implementation.
4. Exceptional communication, motivation, and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in English and office software.

Candidates must have more than 5 years of store management experience, including over 3 years in luxury retail.

University degree or equivalent.
