- Achieve individual and team sales and clienteling targets.
- Identify business opportunities and challenges to drive improvements.
- Encourage cross-selling and advanced selling techniques to maximize sales.
- Develop strategies to increase store traffic and expand client networks.
- Create an engaging client experience with best-in-class service.
- Foster a clienteling culture to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information for CRM purposes.
- Collaborate with the Local CRM team to enhance client engagement.
- Network to recruit new clients and Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Motivate and guide the team towards achieving common goals.
- Coach, support, and delegate tasks to team members effectively.
- Adapt communication style to different people and situations.
- Recruit, select, and develop team members.
- Collaborate with the Local merchandising team to provide feedback.
- Stay informed about fashion, art, and culture to understand market trends.
- Support the Visual Merchandising team with inventory insights.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements to maintain brand reputation.
- Work closely with Local Store Operations team.
- Proven track record of building a strong client portfolio.
- Recognized leadership and influence capabilities.

- Demonstrated individual performance exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of fashion, art, and luxury sectors.

- Fluency in Dutch.
