1. Drive and achieve store sales targets.
2. Maximize the business potential of the store.
3. Optimize sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Coach and motivate store staff to achieve goals.
5. Retain and evaluate staff performance.
6. Foster teamwork to ensure collaboration and information sharing.
7. Ensure efficient use of CRM and client book.
8. Maintain stock management and uphold brand standards and procedures.
9. Conduct corporate analysis and mystery visits to understand competitors.
10. Expand the existing customer base and attract new clients.
11. Coach staff on delivering excellent customer service in line with company standards.

1. More than 8 years of store management experience, with over 5 years in luxury retail.
2. University degree.

2. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in planning, organizing, and implementation.
4. Exceptional communication, motivation, and team management skills.
5. Proficiency in English and office software.

Candidates must possess over 8 years of store management experience, including more than 5 years in luxury retail environments.

University degree required.
