1. Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to the brand's image.
2. Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
3. Maximize the store's business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
4. Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and overall store sales.
5. Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to propose action plans.
6. Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
7. Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
8. Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
9. Deliver exceptional service to clientele by upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
10. Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
11. Foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.

1. Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.

1. Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility.
2. Strong adaptability and deep knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
3. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of five years in a managerial role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.
