- Oversee store operations, ensuring optimal business performance, exceptional customer service, and adherence to the brand's image.
- Drive the store's sales targets and support individual sales goals.
- Maximize the store's business potential and sales by department in alignment with company strategy.
- Mentor and coach retail associates to enhance their competencies and support their growth, thereby boosting individual and overall store sales.
- Ensure the quality and proper use of data in sales staff's client books and collaborate with them to propose action plans.
- Manage recruitment for store associates and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Facilitate staff training and new hire inductions, ensuring proper follow-up steps are taken.
- Enforce Bottega Veneta standards and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional service to clientele by upholding brand service values and managing customer relationships professionally.
- Perform operational functions, including opening and closing the store, register management, and back-office procedures.
- Foster an environment where all associates are treated with dignity and respect.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, demonstrating organizational awareness and flexibility.
- Strong adaptability and deep knowledge of the brand's products and philosophy.
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
