1. Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring quantity and quality of products and compliance with transport documentation.
2. Manage and supervise the stock team and all stock-related procedures.
3. Ensure quality storage of products, maintaining accessibility and identification of each item.
4. Maximize commercial potential through stock optimization and management.
5. Conduct stock movements, including organizing transfers between boutiques and preparing related documents.
6. Oversee General Transfers, including preparation, verification, and shipment.
7. Lead inventory processes, including rotating, monthly, and fiscal inventories.
8. Update price labels regularly.
9. Coordinate with the Operations Department, particularly regarding packaging and supply orders.
10. Monitor repairs and organize product reservations.
11. Uphold brand values and internal practices.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards.
