1. Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring product quantity and quality, and compliance with transport documentation.
2. Manage and supervise the stock team and all stock-related procedures.
3. Ensure the quality of product storage, maintaining stock accessibility and identifiability.
4. Maximize commercial potential through stock optimization and management.
5. Conduct stock movements in a timely manner, including organizing transfers between boutiques and preparing related documents.
6. Oversee General Transfers, including preparation, verification, and shipment.
7. Lead inventory processes, including rotating, monthly, and fiscal inventories.
8. Update price labels.
9. Coordinate with the Operations Department, particularly regarding packaging and supply orders.
10. Monitor repairs and organize reservations.
11. Uphold brand values and internal practices.
12. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards.
