- Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring product quantity and quality, and compliance with transport documentation.
- Manage and supervise the stock team and all stock-related procedures.
- Ensure the quality of product storage, maintaining stock accessibility and identification.
- Maximize commercial potential through stock optimization and management.
- Conduct stock movements, including organizing transfers between boutiques and preparing related documents.
- Oversee General Transfers: preparation, verification, and shipment.
- Lead inventories including rotating, monthly, and fiscal counts.
- Update price labels.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department on packaging and supply orders.
- Monitor repairs.
- Organize product reservations.
- Adhere to brand values and internal practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards.
