- Organize product receptions at the boutique, ensuring the quantity and quality of products and compliance with transport documentation.
- Manage and supervise the stock team and all stock-related procedures.
- Ensure the quality of product storage, maintaining stock in a state where each product is accessible and identifiable.
- Maximize commercial potential through stock optimization and management.
- Conduct stock movements, including transfers between boutiques, within set deadlines, and prepare related documentation.
- Organize general transfers, including preparation, verification, and shipment.
- Lead inventories, including rotating, monthly, and fiscal counts.
- Update price labels.
- Coordinate with the Operations Department, particularly regarding packaging and supply orders.
- Monitor repairs and organize reservations.
- Uphold the brand's values and internal practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards.
