1. Maximize efficiency in stock management and maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock-on-hand.
2. Verify that quantities of stock received match manifest documents.
3. Unpack and manage stock, devising innovative storage solutions for high-value products.
4. Investigate discrepancies to actively reduce boutique shrinkage and report observations.
5. Conduct weekly store-to-store transfer reconciliations.
6. Manage price tags, including price change events, and order replacements for damaged or SKU-less items.
7. Coordinate store stock takes as required.
8. Proactively train team members on stock security awareness.
9. Perform ad hoc requests as directed by management.

1. Prior experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry.
2. Experience in coordinating stock takes and regular cycle counts.
3. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
4. Ability to problem-solve and multitask.
5. Highly motivated and flexible individual.
6. Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.

Previous experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry is required.
