Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Maximize efficiency in stock management and maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock-on-hand.
- Verify that quantities of stock received match manifest documents.
- Unpack and manage stock, devising innovative storage solutions for high-value products.
- Investigate discrepancies to actively reduce boutique shrinkage and report observations.
- Conduct weekly store-to-store transfer reconciliations.
- Manage price tags, including price change events, and order replacements for damaged or SKU-less items.
- Coordinate store stock takes as required.
- Proactively train team members on stock security awareness.
- Perform ad hoc requests as directed by management.
- Prior experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry.
- Experience in coordinating stock takes and regular cycle counts.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask.
- Highly motivated and flexible individual.
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in stock management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry is required.
