1. Maximize efficiency in stock management and maintain comprehensive knowledge of stock-on-hand.
2. Verify quantities of stock received against manifest documents.
3. Unpack and manage stock, devising innovative storage solutions for high-value products.
4. Investigate discrepancies to actively reduce boutique shrinkage and report observations.
5. Conduct weekly store-to-store transfer reconciliations.
6. Manage price tags, including handling price changes and ordering replacements for damaged or missing tags.
7. Coordinate store stock takes as required.
8. Train team members on stock security awareness.
9. Perform ad hoc requests by management.

1. Prior experience in a stock management role within the luxury or retail industry.
2. Experience in coordinating stock takes and regular cycle counts.

1. Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
2. Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
3. Highly motivated and flexible.
4. Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility.
