Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with quick, accurate stock checks and deliver items to the sales floor as needed.
- Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by Store Management.
- Execute routine cycle counts and inform management of any inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for easy access and efficient store operation.
- Communicate timely with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
- Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects assigned by Store Management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room preferred.
- Experience with international/domestic freight companies is a plus.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Basic computer skills, Excel preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
1-2 years of experience in a highly-complex retail stock room environment is preferred.
Salary range of $23-25/hr, plus overtime.
