1. Ensure accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room organization by style, color, and size as directed by management.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Organize the shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Re-stock packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with international/domestic freight experience preferred.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
6. High level of accountability and reliability.
7. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
