1. Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt, accurate stock checks and swift delivery to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room standards through organized merchandise arrangement by style, color, and size.
4. Execute routine cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring proper packaging and logging of outgoing merchandise.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate with management and sales team regarding new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns.
8. Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by Store Management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
5. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
6. High level of accountability and reliability.
7. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
