Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
- Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
- Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by management.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
- Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
- Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
- Communicate timely updates on new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns to management and sales team.
- Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
- Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by store management.
- 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
- High level of accountability and reliability, with openness to feedback.
- Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
