1. Ensure accuracy in merchandise and supply deliveries, verifying quantities against documentation for all shipments.
2. Support management and sales staff with prompt and precise stock checks and deliveries to the sales floor.
3. Maintain stock room standards by organizing merchandise by style, color, and size as directed by management.
4. Conduct routine cycle counts and report any inventory discrepancies to management.
5. Maintain an organized shipping area, ensuring all outgoing merchandise is properly packaged and logged.
6. Maximize stock space for efficient access and store functionality.
7. Communicate timely updates on new arrivals, product replenishment, and client returns to management and sales team.
8. Replenish packaging supplies within the boutique.
9. Assist in training new hires on shipping and receiving policies and procedures.
10. Complete tasks and projects as assigned by store management.

1. 1-2 years of experience in a complex retail stock room environment, with experience in international/domestic freight companies preferred.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Self-motivated, professional, and polished team player.
6. High level of accountability and reliability, with openness to feedback.
7. Basic computer skills, with Excel experience preferred.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift packages up to 20 lbs.
