Bottega Veneta Stock Associate

- Manage goods received by the boutique, including package unloading, barcode scanning, and verifying transport documents.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of goods received and record stock in the warehouse management system (JDA/SAP).
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring easy access for sales staff.
- Monitor warehouse space and manage packaging disposal.
- Coordinate in and out movements of goods, preparing products for tailoring, dyeing, and long-distance clients.
- Organize transfers between stores and 'return to vendor' processes, preparing necessary documentation.
- Conduct warehouse inventory checks and report results to the Store Manager.
- Prepare merchandise re-tagging following price changes.
- Track CITES items with proper documentation.
- Perform daily checks on sold material and warehouse stock, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
- Interface with Operations and external suppliers for ordering packaging and materials.
- Manage product repairs before and after sale, following company policy.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on consignment procedures.
- Train sales staff in the use of the operation system (JDA/SAP) for stock management.
- Proven experience in a similar stock management role.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organizational skills and strategic thinking.
- High attention to detail and ability to work methodically.
- Strong analytical and numerical sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems.
- Strong service orientation and customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, client orientation, and team spirit.
Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
