1. Manage goods received by the boutique, including package unloading, barcode scanning, and verifying transport documents.
2. Ensure the quality and quantity of goods received and record stock in the warehouse management system (JDA/SAP).
3. Maintain organized and efficient storage of goods in the warehouse, ensuring easy access for sales staff.
4. Monitor warehouse space and manage packaging disposal.
5. Coordinate in and out movements of goods, preparing products for tailoring, dyeing, and long-distance clients.
6. Organize transfers between stores and 'return to vendor' processes, preparing necessary documentation.
7. Conduct warehouse inventory checks and report results to the Store Manager.
8. Prepare merchandise re-tagging following price changes.
9. Track CITES items with proper documentation.
10. Perform daily checks on sold material and warehouse stock, ensuring product availability on the sales floor.
11. Interface with Operations and external suppliers for ordering packaging and materials.
12. Manage product repairs before and after sale, following company policy.
13. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on consignment procedures.
14. Train sales staff in the use of the operation system (JDA/SAP) for stock management.

1. Proven experience in a similar stock management role.
2. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Proven experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
